When you think of exploring Dubai, you probably picture taking a ride on The Palm Monorail or the Dubai Metro. While that is great for exploring the city limits, it does not really cater to those who want to visit the beaches and enjoy the sea. Luckily, there is a way to explore the attractions and have a fun day out on the water: A luxury yacht. Yachts are a popular mode of transport in Dubai because they allow visitors to get up close to tucked-away secret beaches and historic villages. Sure, you can take a taxi or a bus, but this will not get you a gourmet feast while watching the sunset over the water.

Dubai boasts a gorgeous coastline along the Arabian Gulf. Several islands dot the coast, including stunning man-made ones. If you book a trip on a yacht, you can visit the magnificent Al Sufouh Beach, also known as the Secret Beach. This beach sits between Burj Al Arab and the artificial Palm Jumeirah offshore islands. This location is the best of both worlds because, from the yacht deck, you can see the Dubai skyline and the water without having to push through thousands of tourists. Even better, you can take in the view from a plush lounger as you relax on the deck with the waves gently lapping below. Another hidden paradise you can access by yacht is Jebel Ali Beach. Here, a day filled with snorkelling, sunbathing, and coral reefs awaits.
Exploring Dubai’s Artificial Islands
Visiting Bluewaters Island on a yacht is a must-do activity in Dubai. On this artificial island, you will find entertainment galore and the only Madame Tussauds in the UAE, not to mention the gigantic Ain Dubai observation wheel, which will give you a bird’s-eye view of the yachts in the water.

Another man-made group of islands you must visit while enjoying your yacht outing is the infamous World Islands. As the name says, this archipelago takes on the shape of the world map and consists of around 300 islands. Some of the wealthiest people in the world live here, and they permanently enjoy the incredible views from all angles.
Sailing Dubai Creek
Dubai has two central neighbourhoods called Bur Dubai and Deira. A historic and ancient canal separates these areas. It is a great place to sail and observe what remains of the traditional architecture. You will also find the waterfront promenade here.

On a luxury yacht, you will be spoiled for choice with food and drinks. You will enjoy the best of what Dubai cuisine has to offer while you take in your surroundings. Also, you can enjoy handcrafted cocktails on the deck as night falls and the stars sparkle over the wonder of the Dubai landscape.
